Bookings for members are made via the Membership Portal.

Once you have enrolled as a member, you will be given two credits per billing cycle to use on bookings for the Cat Lounge, Treehouse, or Kittyland experiences. Within this portal, you will see new options such as Your Prepaid Credits and Prepaid Packages.

Your Pre-paid Credits is where you can review how many credits you have remaining.

Prepaid Packages is where you can purchase further credits for any experience, without incurring further fees (on-peak pricing and booking fees specifically).

To make your booking, click on “New Booking” and pick your day/time and experience and one of your credits will be used instead of payment.

Membership credits can only be used by and for the person who is enrolled as a member. Any additional visitors would either need to enrol as a member themselves or pay the standard booking prices and fees separately.

Unfortunately our system has some limitations and because members and non-members are charged differently (members do not pay peak pricing or booking fees), they cannot be part of the same booking. All you’d need to do is both book separately for the same day and time and you’ll still get to enjoy the experience together.

That’s definitely possible! You’d just need to email us so we can arrange that for you as it would need to be approved and enacted manually.

Credits issued at the start of each billing cycle will expire at the end of that same billing cycle, so please do come and visit the cats and kittens as often as you can!
