Catmosphere Cat Cafe is Sydney’s Original Cat Cafe and 100% dedicated to supporting rescue cats and kittens. We partner with rescue groups to provide a safe space for displaced cats in need of shelter. Not only do we care for our feline friends, we provide everything for them while they’re with us.

Our mission is to help find homes for cats and kittens needing them, to promote the human-feline bond by ensuring positive interactions, and to help people better understand these amazing, complex beings. We are passionate about giving back and we believe those who visit us are too.

Through our membership program, you can support our rescue cats for $40 a month, have the option to visit the cats twice a month (or potentially convert those visits into a Catflix Cat Cinema experience), and a discount on all extra bookings with no booking fees or peak pricing You will also know that your contribution is going towards making a real difference for cats everywhere.

What’s included?

Other than that good feeling that comes with supporting those who need it, for $40 per month you’ll also receive;

● Two complimentary visits to our Cat Lounge, Treehouse or Kittyland experiences per payment cycle
● No booking fees for purchased additional visits
● Off-Peak pricing all year round

The finer details

To make sponsorships run as smoothly as possible and to ensure you get the most out of it, you;

● All membership bookings can be made through our member portal
● Included visits and additional visits are non transferable to another person
● 2 credits will be issued per month on payment day and are valid for a period of one month
● Additional discounted visits must be purchased through the Member Portal packages and are valid for one month
● Additional visits are valid only for the member and are not for group bookings
● In certain circumstances a member can convert the 2 included experiences to 1 Catflix by emailing us at membership@catmospherecafe.com.au and is at the discretion of Catmosphere
● the $40 Membership visits can be used for our Cat Lounge, Treehouse and Kittyland experiences
● Monthly visits and Member additional visits do not accrue and are non transferable.
● Membership can be cancelled in the Member Portal
● All included credits and additional member credits expire on membership cancellation so ensure to use any remaining before cancelling your membership

Please note that our Membership program is designed to be ongoing and we reserve the right to cancel a Membership if we feel it doesn’t meet the intended purpose of the program.

How do I sign up?

Memberships are a recurring subscription, processed by Square through our booking service Bookeo. This means you are in control of your own payments and can cancel at any time. By following the button below, you can easily sign up for our Membership program, and a confirmation email will be sent to your shortly after.

Please note that the first email you’ll receive will include a link to our Membership portal where you can redeem your monthly credits and purchase additional discounted visits. If you do not receive your confirmation email, have lost your login-in details or need any help please contact us at membership@catmospherecafe.com.au and let us know so we can assist.
