COVID-19 Update

After a very long time of having to keep our doors closed, we are back and ready to share all of our amazing rescue cats and kittens with their adoring public! We are fully committed to keeping both visitors and our own team safe so things will be a little bit different in the way you book and how we operate. Here’s what you can expect:

Wednesday – Sunday:  11am – 8pm

Your Safety

To keep you safe, we are:

  • Limiting experience lengths to ensure more cleaning between visitors
  • Limiting the amount of visitors per experience so that each person has 4 square meters of space and can remain 1.5 meters apart
  • Ensuring all visitors remain seated during their stay with us as per NSW Health guidelines
  • Increasing signage and safety distance markers
  • Closing our front door and refusing all walk-ins so that only those who are booked can enter the premises
  • Using contactless menus

What we ask:

  • Register your details on entry
  • Follow the guidelines in regards to physical distancing
  • Listen carefully to your host when they guide you to your experience
  • Where possible, we would really appreciate cashless transactions
  • If you see something wrong, let us know
  • If you feel unwell, visit us another time and please let us know as soon as you can


By making a booking, you are agreeing and acknowledging:

  • Your booking numbers do not exceed 10 guests and you have not made any arrangements with other known bookings at this cafe during your booking time
  • You agree to acknowledge that yourself along with any of your guests are not displaying cold like symptoms, have been in contact with any known COVID cases and have not returned from interstate or overseas in the past 14 days
  • Please arrive on time to your booking time as we may not be able to accomodate you earlier or later
  • All adult visitors will be required to check in upon entry to comply with the current Government Legislation. Name in full as well as a current phone or email contact is required. Details will be retained for 28 days
  • Catmosphere Cat Cafe is committed to the safety of all patrons and staff and is a registered COVID safe business
  • All visitors must remain seated for the booking duration
  • Please note payment in full is required at the time of booking, all payments are non-refundable
