Please email us ahead of time if you are heading to the cafe without a booking to check we are open in the late afternoon/evening as sometimes we may close early if we do not have any experiences pre-booked.

Before emailing, please note that we:

• Cannot accomodate more people beyond our room limits
• Cannot change the times of our Catflix experience
• Don’t make exceptions to the age limits of our experiences
• Don’t give away services in exchange for exposure (please support local small businesses by paying for their services)

Many of the limits and rules we have in place are for the health and happiness of the cats we care for and to ensure a smooth, problem-free experience for our team and visitors.
